• Manage all departmental performance issues.
• Devise and implement policies and strategies for the development of departmental performance matters.
• Devise and implement policies and strategies for the development, implementation and monitoring of local service delivery performance standards.
• Compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers and committees and giving presentations.
• Provide training and guidance to departmental staff, senior managers, members on performance and service improvement.

• Assumes responsibility for effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting employee data and human resources information.
• Ensures that human resources files and employment records are accurate, organized, and up-to-date, as well as filed and maintained in accordance with legal requirements, Company policies & procedures.
• Updates various reports, logs and employee database information for HR or client group organization development records.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Human Resources team, site personnel and with management.

• Involved in the planning and preparation of the operational programs for the management of human resources
• The implementation of the planning and executive programs on human resources.
• The liberation of all hiring and firing decisions, resignations and leaves.
• Ensure the application of the implementation of procedural and legal rules on workers' employment and Payroll promotions and annual job salaries.
