Responsible for providing assistance in troubleshooting customer orders, customer account statuses and sales related problems, providing data and analytics to assist the sales team, developing and monitoring performance indicators, as well as responding to customer inquiries. Good with customers and ensuring smooth and unobstructed sales.
Responsible for assisting the Sales Director & the Sales department with various initiatives and
objectives.
Work with the Director to sustain and grow programs and service Fulfil duties delegated by the Sales Director by Coordinating between Sales Department & other departments.
Collecting data directly from Sales team to make Offer Price either for
construction companies or traders for Rebars.
Gathering all the needed data from Delivery Team & Treasury Team to
generate daily, Monthly & Annually reports to come up with tangible results
by analyzing deliveries vs. collection for either Rebar’s or Wire Rods.
Responsible for making the Sales Director & Collection Team Mandates,
Cash advance settlement & Expense claims.
Creating forms, organizing mails, letters & Memo’s for Sales Department.
Responsible for Creating Customers database, Sales Order & delivery on SAP
Managing administrative functions by coordinating:
Responsible for assisting the Sales Director & the Sales department with various initiatives and objectives.

• Collecting data directly from Sales team to make Offer Price either for construction companies or traders for Rebars.
• Gathering all the needed data from Delivery Team & Treasury Team to generate daily, Monthly & Annually reports to come up with tangible results by analyzing deliveries vs. collection either for Rebars or Wire Rods.
• Coordinating externally between the Sales Director & Military “Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces”, Internally between Delivery Team, Treasury Team & Military.
• Responsible for making the Sales Director & Collection Team Mandates, Cash advance settlement & Expense claims.
• Creating forms, organizing mails, letters & Memo’s for Sales Department.
• Responsible for Creating Customers data base, Sales Order & delivery on SAP for Rebars “Prime grade, short length & down grade”, Short Rebar & Scrap.
• Follow up Imported Commodities such as Billets, HRC, CRC & Rebars starting of contract signature passing by vessel nomination/tracking, custom clearance for the shipment from the port, revising the received documents either from the bank or the supplier and settle the payment for the supplier till the commodity arrive to the nominated plant for rolling it or to sell it directly from the port.
• Coordinating externally with Supplier’s finance team / bank and internally with CEO and Finance Team
• Follow up with the outsourcing Fleet Company to insure the arrival of the trucks & loading - discharging of the commodities either at the port or at the nominated Plant.
• Following upPlant our balance & loaded volume from Rebars.
• Following up customer’s balance & loaded volume with finance & delivery team.
• Following up with the out sourcing Fleet company the loading & discharge operations of Billets & rebars.
• Following up the collection of cheques/ payments on daily basis with treasury team.
• Creating Customer data base for all the Supplier of billets & buyers of rebars.
