- To be proactive in recognizing service failures, subsequent impact on the user base and taking appropriate action to ensure resolution of problem.

Overall responsibility of the Infrastructure group to ensure
implementation and maintenance of the IT Infrastructure,
Networking and System Administration
Plan and implement organization-wide installations of OS,
servers applications, and user Desktop systems.
Ensure LAN / WAN connectivity across all Branch Offices and
shops across the country and with the HO IT Data Center.
Coordination with Principals / Vendors on all IT related
purchases including laying down technical specifications and
selection of HW/Networking components.
Execute Standard Operating Processes and Policies of the
Division
Actively involved in the selection, training, orientation, and
assignment of duties to junior staff in the Infrastructure group
Administration activities for the Group including shift & leave
planning.
Budget Management
Provide support and advice to the management team
Continue standardization goals and efforts in relation to
policies and procedures
Manage annual & mid-year expense & fixed asset budget
planning
Present quarterly IT activities to Executives

Produce technically excellent network solutions architecture in alignment with business needs
Responsible for the development, implementation, testing and operating of facilities and procedures for recovery from loss of product and enterprise computing facilities
Research, evaluate and recommend new network, system management products and services, and new software and hardware
Recommend and plans use of new system features and hardware for new products and servers to improve overall operation
Evaluation, installation, testing and maintenance of operating system software within the company
Lead Network Engineers to execute projects in the areas of wired and wireless WAN and LAN
Monitor and test system for issues, identify possible solutions, and work with developers and administrators to implement those fixes
Manage devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, SAN switches, Wireless LAN Controllers and Servers
Interact with different business units and product development teams with direct interaction and support of new products.
Research new technologies, products, tools and protocols to support evolution of network infrastructure and support system

Provide technical services and support for the following areas:
Network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls

Internal systems and network infrastructure.

Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, TMG

Virtualization technologies: VMware and Microsoft

Remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services

Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications

Support for Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 and related domain services (Active Directory / DNS / DHCP )
Support and Planning for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013 (Clustering and HA)
Support and planning for Microsoft Lync Server 2010/2013 (Video / voice and Lync resiliency)
Support and planning for Microsoft TMG 2010 / ISA server 2006 (VPN Server / Web application publishing / Proxy)
Managing Update / Antivirus services using Microsoft SCOM 2012
Support and maintenance for Microsoft Windows Hyper-V
Configure and maintenance for Solarwinds monitoring system (working with NPM / Netflow Analyzer / APM modules)
Configure and maintenance RADIUS server for Network devices / Privileges (Microsoft NPS)
