* Incharge of AR for LSBF company as an legal entity
* Preparing daily revenue reports
* Monthly bank reconciliations
* Preparing sales & performance reports for targents and budgeting
* Authorising Business Developers' Commissions to HR for payroll
* Involved in all system change/update projects from finance side
* Providing trainings and support to newcomers for Payments Centre

ACHIEVEMENTS:
* Identified lack of AR controls on posting to Sage and developed comprehensive AR Control process that consolidates and reconciles day-to-day receivables. It has been shared and implemented in Birmingham and Manchester campuses as a Best Practice.
* implemented new process on Commission checks & payments which led company's cash flow to be a stable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Involved in various tasks and reporting on London campus to Director of Admissions.
* Co-ordinated intake end activities in conjunction with Director of Admissions.
* Prepared applications for Admissions Board for validating
* Dealt with common inquiries from embassies reg. visa letters
* Managed the Admissions team on the absence of Director of Admissions and constantly coached the associates.

* Key player in achieving “Highly Trusted Sponsor” status from UKBA.
* Main person in implementing and designing "Components and products catalogue"
The company is the first who has knowledge of modern technologies on water purifying in capacity of 19 litres. "Shaffof" spring water is in great cosumer demand, hence it is bottled to 19 liter capsules, delivered to clients.
