To managing all activities at the assigned key project, to increase efficiency and to maximize penetration; furthermore, KPM is providing technical support, submittals, specifications, and Sales execution to all customers inside the key project.
Duties:
-Executes and leads overall business activities for buying and potential customers for the assigned key projects.
-Develops strong relationships with the technical decision makers to assure a high degree of success in achieving favorable Hilti Product Specifications within the assigned key projects.
-Attains specifications and approvals through regular planned calls on jobsite consultants and contractors within the assigned key projects through submittals and design proposals.
-Provides technical support for Hilti products. including design solutions, bill of materials, estimation and submittals for all Hilti engineered products.
-Conveys products and applications technical knowledge to clients and field sales personnel.
-Ensures maximum project penetration by providing Hilti solutions including non-engineering products to cover all major applications .
-Demonstrates Hilti products to potential buyers and train up their staff.
Training:
• Fire-stop system for Penetration (Pipes, Cable Tray, Duct).
• Installation system Design.
• Mechanical Anchor and Chemical Anchor, (Fixation and Design).
• Cladding System.
Duties:
• To provide Technical support for Hilti customers through trainings and seminars to consultants, contractors and influencers.
• Coordination & communication with sales forces to ensure sales of specified engineering products.
• Develops strong relationships with the technical decision makers at customers’ offices to assure a high degree of success in achieving favorable Hilti Product Specifications and within the assigned segment.
• Develop high level long term relationships with decision makers in construction companies.
• Demonstrate Hilti products to potential buyers and train up their staff

- Water Tank Projects at south Jordan construction and Repair and isulation system.
- Underground Water Tank at Aqaba Port.
- Concrete repair.
- Buildings Construction.
Duties :
acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
setting out, levelling and surveying the site.
checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect.
liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

- Jubran Building supervisor on construction and Finishing.
- Spring Hill School construction and jacking system and Finishing.
Duties :
• Preparing reports as required.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Training Course Amman Greater Municipality (Department of Roads Maintenance) training contain :
- Field work in the center of maintenance of roads located within the Greater Amman Municipality.
- Field work with the road contractors and identify the mechanisms used in Paving and maintenance the road.
- See the bidding and contracts between the Greater Amman Municipality and Contractors.
