Treasury Duties
• Daily payments and transfer include domestic, overseas and LC payments.
• Monthly ageing payment process.
• Bank position report (twice a week).
• Review and negotiate the bank facilities.
• Bank exposure report and cash flow forecasting.
• Daily cash monitor and projection.
• LC establishing and negotiation with banks.
• Bank reports (reconciliation, balances, interest rates etc...)
MIS Duties:
• First task was to establish the CO unit as we call it, and set the main guidelines, targets and outcome.
• Train the accountants working in this unit and work with our ERP team developers to modify our system to meet our targets.
• Control the monthly closing and make sure that all departments and project cost related transactions being done on time.
• Set the plan and targets to do the monthly closing activities and make sure to meet those targets.
• Supervise the monthly closing tasks, closing and reports.
• Prepare the CO-monthly reports and send it to our headquarters office.
• Evaluate subordinates in relation to their personalities, performance and other skills.

Budgeting and planning
Master Budgeting
• Group level Master Budgeting planning
• Building a business plan for every subsidiary within the group (22 Subs)
• Convert the business plan into figures and build the budget for every business unit within the group
• Discuss and finalize the final budget with top management and communicate the same with all business units
• Monitor the budget consumption and Actual Vs Budget reports

Business Transformation
ERP implementation
• Understand all Business Unit within the group and develop a standardized Chart of Accounts for all BU’s aiming to use for ERP implementation across the group
• Successfully delivered an ERP implementation (Oracle EBS) for Holding company as a business Project Manager
• Modules delivered :AP, AR, CM, FA& HR
• Support other Sub’s ERP implementation

Shared Services Center
• Successfully built a business case for Services Center and secured top management buy-in
• Initiated SSC roadmap and working closing with potential 3rd party consultants to refine it
• Issue an RFP and supervise the implementation step by step

Policies& Procedures
• in-charge of the Holding’s Finance Dept. P&P
• assist in finalizing P&P for all Finance functions across the group

• Helping subsidiaries in financial planning
• Helping subsidiaries in securing bank financing
