Ensure production plan is full achieved on time and in compliance with legal requirements meeting safety, quality, hygiene, cost and environment need. Drive continuous improvement through TPM. Empower people to motivate and develop their capability. Align and involved all the relevant functions.
The QA Head ensures Nestlé Quality Systems, encompassing quality control / assurance and management, are fully implemented, maintained and continuously improved in manufacturing operations.
Food safety and regulatory requirements are always met and consistent product quality following Nestlé standards is maintained.
The role has a shared responsibility of tasks together with other Ensuring Supply processes (internal and external customer) to ensure a low cost, highly efficient and sustainable operation.
