contracting/Fabrication and Shipyard
➢ O&G projects:
Heavy fabrication of onshore and offshore piping and structures, jackets, modules, topsides,
shutdowns projects and call of contracts.
➢ Marine projects:
Repair of vessels (construction support vessels, diving support, towing, platform support, wire
line support, fast supply, lift boats, barges, yachts, military vessels and larger vessels (product
tankers, crude tankers, LNG carriers, harbour crafts), Yachts, military vessels, barges, rigs,
SPMs, dhows, catamarans
➢ CAPEX: internal works, facility development
➢ No. of individuals under my responsibility: 600-1000 depends of work load
Responsibilities
➢ Production / Project Manager O&G projects, reporting to VP
➢ Responsible for projects in Oil&Gas: P&L, budget/cost control, planning, risks and
opportunities, financial forecast, procurement, progress report, manage subcontractors, VORs,
lesson learned, work packages, planning and follow up, project facilities arrangement, materials
and equipment, manpower headcounts and PMT, coordination of construction engineering,
procurement, fabrication, testing, pre-commissioning (mechanical completion), load out, site
installation, support for commissioning and invoice.
➢ Responsible to overlook/direct production marine, non marine and CAPEX projects, in
coordination with management and execution team, reinforce HSSEQ, achieve KPIs, perform
budgeting, review production schedules, oversee projects headcount trade wise, manpower
avaiability, team structure & individuels trainings & development, maintenance and preventive
maintenance, equipment avaiability and utilization, man hours control, manage processes,
efficincy and productivity, measure productivity, perform interviews and motivate personnel,
perform investigations and corrective actions, improvements and lesson learned.
➢ Provide support to Sales and Commercial on Oil&Gas projects, reviewing bids, costs sheets,
rates and identify technical and financial risks and opportunities.
➢ Set KPIs based on company objectives, and control implementation by performing regulate
meetings with action plans. Perform middle and year-end evaluations to production employees.
➢ Responsible for CAPEX development, in coordination with internal parties, subcontractors and
consultants for marine and non-marine areas.
➢ Measure efficiency in a cost-effective regular fabrication services to deliver on time (structural,
piping, coating, carpentry, cleaning, GRP, mechanical, electrical, machining, rigging,
scaffolding and maintenance).
➢ Develop production manpower competency matrix program by coordinating with Talent
management, HR and TP for manpower technical competencies assessments, trainings and
reassessments.
Project: Manufacturing of 24 pressure vessels for Emirates Global Alumina, AL Taweela
refinery Kizad Abu Dhabi / End user EGA, PM BPJV Bechtel and quality Owner representative
HATCH
➢ No. of individuals under my responsibility: 450
Responsibilities
➢ Report directly to General Manager of pressure vessels division.
➢ Deliver complex vessels fast track with very tide tolerances as per ASME and HATCH
stringent specification.
➢ Coordinate with BPJV for project management and HATCH for quality surveillance.
➢ P&L, risks management and develop cases for opportunities.
➢ Coordinate with Quantity Surveyor and departments representatives for financial forecast,
provisions, monthly
PMT, labor, subcontractors, consumables, equipment, and materials budgets control.
➢ Present monthly cost report to top management including CEO/CFO
➢ Manage change orders (SVORs). Identify during internal weekly change management meetings,
notify client,
➢ Estimate, and prepare variation orders, then chase approvals.
➢ Develop cases for costs opportunities.
➢ Planning, organizing, monitoring and delivery of project activities under stringent requirements
and high pressure.
➢ Develop detail activities tracking, corresponding manpower headcount and equipment
requirements and maintain daily schedule as per plan using macro schedules in hourly basis.
➢ Monitor welding deposition, efficiency, bookings, PMT time sheets, OT using Compass and
Oracle.
➢ Coordinate with welding specialists/consultants for welding repairs and improvement solutions.
➢ Coordinate for welding, dimensional control and finishing product quality achievements.
➢ Ensure that HSE requirements are followed stringently as per LGMS rules and policy,
achieving 0 LTI.
➢ Coordinate to close NCRs, OBRs, MRBs and IRNs at the earliest. Manage subcontractors for
NDT (PAUT, RT, UT), PWHT, Painting, Hard facing, AI, scaffolding and barges.
➢ Structure, organize, lead, and support production and quality teams to achieve best performance
under schedule pressure and high-quality requirements.
Process equipment design and manufacturing and offshore contracting
➢ Equipment manufacturing: Well testing equipment, UBD packages, storage tanks, chemical
tanks, acid tanks, pressure vessels, separators, slug catchers, boiler stacks, flare stacks (fixed,
mobile and hydraulic), oil burners, oil heating units, heat exchangers, mobile trailer mounted
packages, DNV standard skids.

➢ Report directly to General Manager.
➢ Responsible mainly for production, yard, and site construction departments, also ensuring all
other departments work efficiently, providing the necessary support to complete the tasks.
➢ Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of entire projects phases execution.
➢ Develop project’s execution plans, and manpower headcount.
➢ Conduct procurement of equipment and materials as per the drawings and specifications in the
budget and time allocated.
➢ Ensure fabrication process is done as per the approved documentation, budget, and time,
following strictly corporate HSEQ rules.
➢ Provide support to site teams and coordinate with clients for deficiencies.
➢ Target deliverables to be delivered on time and invoices submitted at the earliest.
➢ Prepare projects reports, Lesson Learned and project completion analysis.
➢ Focus to deliver improved margins, having direct supervision of expenses, looking
continuously for cost savings and variations, achieving substantial savings.
➢ Challenge operations with increased efficiency and continually optimized utilization of
resources, maximizing productivity.
➢ Ensure all internal control mechanisms are in place (finance, legal, service, product quality and
HSE), understood, and actively implemented by employees.
➢ Looking forward to minimizing the costs by strict control of maintenance expenses, projects
material costs, accurate assignment, improved control systems, improved manufacturing
processes and facilities and improved product design.
➢ Target projects delivery on time using tools like overtime, nightshift, manpower recruitment in
advance, but also subcontracting activities.
➢ Ensure preventive maintenance, maintenance and calibration systems are in place and followed
strictly, reducing assets expenses.
➢ Follow strictly contract requirements and understand deviations from the scope, locking any
deficiency.
Engineering, fabrication, and onshore/offshore construction

➢ Responsible mainly for company operations, tenders technical and commercial support, and
projects execution (onshore/offshore construction engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing,
installation, pre-commissioning (mechanical completion), and commissioning on site)
➢ Projects management like, EPC projects, rig maintenance projects, steel fabrication (structural
and piping), Call of Contracts, mostly offshore ZAKUM field.
➢ Coordinated with sales department for pipeline tenders follow up and new business
opportunities.
➢ Managed tenders and projects cash flow forecast and manpower headcount with finance
coordinator
➢ Managed project’s budgets and implemented strict cost control.
➢ Coordinated construction engineering activities, fabrication and installation on site.

Responsibilities
➢ Mechanical Engineering: preparation of structural and piping design, survey reports, shop
drawings like piping isometric drawings, general arrangement drawings, layout plans and
method statements, project execution plan, MTO, BOM, ITP, etc.
➢ Civil Engineering: construction drawings for concrete piles, cooling tower pool, different types
of foundations and pumps foundation design, gas generator exhauster foundation design.
➢ Procurement: estimate and order the required project materials, tools, equipment, and
manpower, detailed on each of the scheduled activities.
➢ Construction: supervision of mechanical, civil and E&I activities.
➢ Planned, organized, and monitored the overall site project execution (engineering, procurement,
fabrication, construction, commissioning and as built).
➢ Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
➢ Coordinated with QA/QC Engineer for materials inspection and NDT works.
➢ Coordinated with HSE officer for health and safe environment work.
➢ Directly coordinating with Client and Consultant representatives.
➢ Directly involved in the site construction activities like:
➢ Construction of foundations, piles, cooling tower’s pool, concrete water storage tank
➢ Fabrication and erection of piping, piping supports, gas generator exhauster steel structure,
platforms
➢ Installation of chillers, centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, gas generator with all auxiliary
systems (e.g. heat exchangers, pneumatic starting system, gas fuel supply, exhaust gas system)
and cooling tower.
➢ Piping hydro testing, flushing of entire system using approved chemicals to avoid rusting,
piping air pressure testing, preservation with N2.
➢ E&I works, cables laid down, tubing, SCADA system integration, installation of pressure
transmitters, temperature transmitters, control valves, flow meters and pressure gauges.
➢ Directly involved in testing and commissioning of the entire constructed system.
➢ Prepared and coordinated with QC engineer the final check list and final project’s
documentation.
