• Review project specificaons, drawings, and other documentaon to
prepare accurate cost esmates for construcon projects.
• Use soware tools such as Excel, esmang soware, and other tools to
prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including materials, labor, equipment,
and other project costs.
• Analyze blueprints and other documentaon to prepare quanty take
offs and to idenfy potenal cost-saving opportunies.
• Work closely with the Esmaon Manager and the project team to
develop bid strategies, including pricing, scheduling, and other bid
parameters.
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain
pricing and quotes for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain relaonships with key vendors, suppliers, and
subcontractors to ensure accurate and compeve pricing for all projects.
• Parcipate in the preparaon of project schedules and other planning
acvies to ensure accurate cost esmates are prepared.
• Aend pre-bid meengs, site visits, and other project-related meengs to
gather informaon and insights to support accurate cost esmates.
• Review and analyze bid results, including project costs, competor
pricing, and other factors to develop lessons learned and to connuously
improve the companys bid strategies and esmang processes.

Quantity Survey

• Quanty take-off (Using Planswi) and preparaon of measurement
sheets (On Excel Sheet) according to drawings.
• Prepare the Quanes as per BOQ provided by the consultant and
deliver them to the Esmaon Engineer to rate the items.
• sending a consultant to ask for queries about the doubt items in
drawings. Finalize the Pro tender Quanty and BOQ with the consultant.
• Type of Projects:
Highrise Towers, Residential and bommercial buildings,
Compound villas and Lexury villas, (Like ARADA, AL-NAKHEEL, DAMAC,
... etc), Goverment projects, Hotels, Hospetals, Universities, Sheds, ...etc.

Quantity Survey and Estimation

• Quanty take-off (Using Planswi) and preparaon of measurement
sheets (On Excel Sheet) according to drawings.
• Prepare the Quanes as per BOQ provided by the consultant.
• Bring Suppliers quotaons
• Esmate the items prices and make an item analysis.
• Discuss the prices and project final offer with my manager (GM or CEO).

• Engineering
• for some items from suppliers like Aluminum, Steel
Structure, cladding, shoring system if required or dewatering … etc.

• Acted as team leader for the Esmaon Department team for a lot of
kind projects to promote close cooperaon to share informaon and
develop sasfactory soluons to successfully deliver various services.
