1- organizing the branch structure in coordination with the regional and head office management .
2- create and develop the strategic planning of the branch annual performance.
3- Analyze the Market and prepare the Marketing plan .
4- hire and train workers in performing activities, such as marketing, claim processing, accounting and underwriting.
5- direct and coordinate activities of branch office.
6- review activity reports to ensure that personnel have achieved sales quotas, processed claims promptly, and credited collections to policy holders accounts.

overall observation of the branch work flow
1- receive and process the insurance request's from the clients and the marketing representative's.
2- answer the client's quires regarding the policies that they are about to make.
3- assist the client to take the right insurance depending on each client situation and need .
4- assist the client to finalize his claim case.
5- assist the sales and marketing rep's in finalizing the sale.
6- issue and underwrite the privet polices.
7- cooperate with the regional underwriter to make and finalize the major policies.
8- prepare a daily accounting report to the branch manager and the regional accounting dept.
9-cooperate with the branch manager and the customer service team to provide the best services to our clients
1- follow the organization and the managers marketing plan to achieve the target of the year.
2- conduct meeting's and seminars with the potential client's.
3- provide the company with the clients insurance requests and the client with the quotation in order to close the deals.
4- help the accounting dept. to collect the fees and due amounts from the clients .
5- assist the clients in their claim cases.
