Lead the creation of the settlement plans and implementation modalities, including construction/rehabilitation of communal infrastructures (latrines, water points) through close coordination with execution partners and other concerned parties. Gather relevant data and guide about matters related to the procurement of materials or equipment with development of technical specifications for bid documents, technical evaluation of bids, and review/inspection of the quality of products/works.
