Performing testing and commissioning according to ThyssenKrupp elevators standards and providing technical support to technical adjusters, Engineers, projects Mangers, Installation supervisors, and to quality Engineers.
Planning & directing the process of testing and commissioning of products (elevators, Escalators, etc…) and manpower needs.
Assisting technical adjusters, engineer & employees by providing the necessary directions and training.
Visiting Job sites to support and advice on Testing and commission progress including technical support to T & C team, for trouble shooting problems on site and for performing quality check according to company standards.
Providing an accurate assessment of the commissioning requirements and status of the projects to the project managers.
Ensuring that all installations processes are correct and functional as per project specifications.
Working As a technical support Engineer through the phone and E-mail for projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait & Bahrain.
Travelling to the sites which has immense Technical problems with sensitive situation (Like Four Season Hotel in Kingdom Tower in Riyadh, SADRA Project In Jubail, Jamarat Project (Jamarat area - Makkah), Jabal Omar Phases(1 & 3), Makkah Clock Tower in Makkah, Tahama Cement Factory in Tahama and Jeddah Cable Factory in Rabigh…etc), to solve the technical problems which appears during Testing and Commissioning or during service periods.
Coordination with Procurement for newly required materials and tools and replaced defective materials for the projects.
Handover of:
1. Two elevators in Jabal Omar phase 3 (High rise /High Speed 4m/s).
2. Eight IP56 Elevators in North Jeddah Pump Station.
3. Two Dumbwaiters in Batterjee Medical College (BMC).
4. Reduced Head - Reduced pit Elevator in Westin Hotel in Jeddah.
5. Hydraulic Elevator (Home elevator) in Fakeeh Hospital.
-Installation and completing the handover process to run first Eight Twin elevators in middle East in Jeddah- Kings Road tower.
-Managing site staff, installing & performing testing and commissioning for inclined and spiral elevator in Makkah Clock tower.
- Assisting the Mechanical Installation team for all needed electrical works and coordination for work permits, shafts clearance and snags closure.
-Reporting safety hazards and risks (water leakage, falling concrete debris, overlapping works, etc.) in coordination with the safety officers.
-Providing accurate and realistic assessment of the commissioning requirements and the status of the project to the project team.
-Participating in inspections and Engineering works with TUV, HSE, Client inspection and civil defense inspection.
-Preforming product test in site and recording the results in projects files.
-Identifying hazard and reporting to Health and safety department.
- Consulting with factory for technical details and additional requirements
Handover of:
1. United Tower (4 Twin Elevators, 2 single elevators with 4m/s and one synergy elevator)
2. Makkah Clock Tower (Two Inclined elevators and one spiral elevator)
3. Jabal Omar Phase 1 (36 Vertical Platform hydraulics lifts)
4. Jamarat Project (45 Moving Walks, Jamarat tunnels between al Measem area and main building of Jamart).
5. Reduced Head - Reduced pit Elevator in Zuhair Fayez Head Quarter in Jeddah (2 Elevators).
Performing testing and commissioning for different kind of elevators (MASHIBA & Local Elevators) & Escalators.
Support service department to repair and solve technical problems for all units.
Replacing the Service team leader to guide service department to do the preventive maintenance and to let all units work again in case of break down.
Planning for Preventive maintenance for different kind of production lines.
Supporting service department to solve electrical & mechanical problems for all machines in factory.
performing maintenance works for different types of Electrical & Mechanical machines.
