A highly motivated, organized & detail-oriented, provide administrative support to the CEO & company departments; performing numerous duties; including: -
Develop yearly work timelines, efficiently handle daily tasks, correspondence, reports, memos, copywriting, and maintain electronic and paper records.
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, and coordinating arrangements for meetings, conferences etc.
Attend meetings and keep minutes, prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Prepare all documents for the AGM, contact competent authorities.
Review contract agreements of external parties.
Assist in preparing company's fundamental paperwork.
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
Provide administrative support to the CEO & company departments; performing numerous duties; including: -
Develop yearly work timelines, efficiently handle daily tasks, correspondence, reports, memos, copywriting, and maintain electronic and paper records.
BOD secretary; attend & prepare minutes of company committees meetings; & assist in preparing documents for BOD and other committees meetings.
Prepare all documents for the AGM, contact competent authorities.
Assist Internal Audit Manager and Risk Manager in some duties.
Perform compliance tasks, & assist in preparing reports sent to the CMA (Capital Markets Authority).
Assist Operation Department by keeping all clients’ information and forms up-to-date and develop all KYC & other required forms.
Review contract agreements of external parties.
Assist in preparing company's fundamental paperwork.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
