RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: -
Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work
• Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities
• Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope
• Inputs the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time,
resources and cash flow of the project

. ensure that the quality of the construction activities complies with Project documents by instructing, clarifying, inspection and teaching conducting personnel and supervisors.
• Supervision and quantity Surveying as per drawing excavation, structural works and architectural work.
• Preparation of bill of quintiles and costing.
• Planning and controlling records and files.
• Take off quantities for the reports of the work progress.
• Detailing of drawings and preparations of bar bending schedule.
• Making of construction schedule as detailed indicating the of work, starting date and completion of each activity and installation, schedule of equipment /manpower loading, cash flow, etc as per the requirement of owner or his representative.
• Preparation of shop drawing, construction schedule, weekly reports, inspection letters and material submittals etc.
• Preparing Engineering drawings, designing and planning the project. Preparing detailed estimate and cost of multistoried buildings, surveying, which includes layout and leveling In charge of execution and supervision for construction. Preparing Construction work schedule, preparing and checking bills with client Engineer of Contractors & Sub-Contactors for approval of payments. Apart from all other works, scheduling the daily skilled & unskilled workers, personnel information of works progress and daily requirements to clients to coordinate with other departments and procurements.
