- provide copy writing and technical translation of a wide range of documents related to the MoH Project involving all business lines (Engineering, infrastructure, geotechnical, structural, architectural, civil, construction, electro-mechanical, hydrology, landscaping, storm water& sewer drainage systems, irrigation, TIS...etc)
-Translate all types of forms related to project control and monitoring including request for information (RFI), inspection test plan (ITP), quality forms, noncompliance reports (NCR), check lists, site inspection requests, site laboratory reports, TIS reports …etc
- Translate monthly reports on progress of work in the project related to all business lines Engineering, architectural, civil, structural, electro-mechanical.
- Translate Integrated Management System Manuals (IMSM) including quality management, project development process, development control guidelines, style guidelines, safety, licensing, proper execution plan etc.
- Translate BOQ’s, specifications, contracts of project sites.
- Translate documents related to project control.
- Translate documents related to health, security, safety and environment (HSSE)
- Translate documents related to risk management.
- Translate documents related to quality management (QA/QC)
- Translate comments of the Consultant or Employer related to designs submittals and deliverables review and approval including punch list and snag list … etc.
- Translate minutes of meetings (MOM), workshop materials, presentations between Employer, Consultant, Contractors and the End-Users.
- Translate incoming and outgoing letters and correspondences between the different project parties Client, Consultant, Contractors and Stakeholders.
- Maintain quality control of translated documents to ensure accurate, timely and high quality production.
- Manage translation database, amend and update translation memory.
- Manage translation of multiple Project sites documents and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- provide communication support within the division by translating written and spoken material and expressions from one language to another.
- Coordinate translation work with other technical writers, and shared ideas, new terminologies and phrases for developing glossary of unified terms pertaining to any translation project. .
- Comply with corporate requirements, procedures and core value.
- Translate written material from Arabic language to English, and vice versa. Material that might include technical terminology appropriate to the organization and industry, and idioms in both languages.
- Translate complex material either for internal use or external communications.
- Translate material requiring understanding and correct presentation of abstractions and colloquial expressions.
- Translate technical material requiring accuracy with legal, professional or public relations ramifications.
- Discuss translation nuances to explain or clarify material translated or to be translated, as required.
- Proofread all policies which have been developed by policy owner in order to correct any mistakes before passing to CEO or GM for approval.
- Check translation of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revision.
- Compile terminology and information to be used in translation, including technical terms such as those for IT& Communication or legal material.
- Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials.
- Read written materials such as IT& Communication policies and procedures and rewrite material into specified language.
- Refer to reference materials such as dictionaries, lexicons, encyclopedias, and computerized terminology as needed to ensure translation accuracy.
- Identify and resolve conflicts related to the meanings of words, concepts, practices, or behaviors
- Translate quotations, technical and financial proposal
- Provide translation for manuals and reports of GIS and VSAT Systems
- The company is specialized in providing IT Service Management (ITSM), and Exin accreditation partner in ITSM courses in KSA, so my task was to translate all documents relating to this field.
- Translate ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Translate CMMI& SCAMPI appraisal Methods for Process Improvement.
- Translate ITSM courses (e.g., Foundation, lifecycle, Manager Bridge, etc.)
- Edit and proofread translated technical data, text and other documents to accurately reflect the Arabic or English language.
- Create new documentation in (Arabic / English) that reproduces the content and style of the original document (English / Arabic).
- Coordinate projects and participate in projects other than translation as required.
- Prepare timely reports for corporate and executive management.
- Provide language skills to convert highly technical product descriptions from English to Arabic with accurate translation that reflects the style and manner of expression of native English-speaking people.
- Translate and localize creative copy to retain the essence of the intended message.
- Responsible for following and implementing the office's quality assurance policies and procedures.
-Translate Accounting and Finance documents into Arabic and English
-Translate and review financial documents (i.e. Board materials, Annual Financial Reports, Tax Declarations.
- Write sentences that maintain or duplicate the structure and style of the original meaning while keeping the ideas and facts of the original meaning accurate
- Convert technical specification documents& BOQs from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic.
- Transle different types of contracts in a legal and accurate form, i.e:
- Non-Disclosure Agreement.

- Inter-agency Cooperation Contracts
- Execlusive Distribution Agreement
- Consultant Agreement
