Manage the procurement and logistic department in Erbil, Kirkuk and Qayyarah to deliver procurement activities in line with the DRC Operations Handbook and ensure that these activities are timely, effective and efficient in meeting the needs of programme delivery, that they are compliant with DRC and donor procedural requirements, and that goods, services and works purchased represent value for money,
Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers,
Also managing the IT officer who is responsible for all three bases above.
Ensure that appropriate checks are in place for the payment of storage and handling fees.
Overall responsibility for adhering to occupational health and safety standards and setting company policy in regard to the movement of inventory and management of stock.
Record inventory movement and assign associated value.
Work closely with logistics, warehouse and purchasing management.
Record raw material or commodity receival and storage in a production/processing business.
Liaise with logistics staff regarding known issues relating to the ability/inability to move or store stock.
Assembles and performs perforating gun services in various field locations.
Drives company pickups and pickups pulling trailers.
Runs logging services such as Cement Bond logs, Gamma Ray Logs,
Noise/Temperature Logs and correlation logs.
Ensures the operation of perforating and setting services offered by the company is done safely, efficiently and according to established standards and guidelines.
Ensures that all safety practices are implemented before, during and after the well service operation.
Provides technical assistance to other field operation personnel on location to assure work is carried out according to set schedules and procedures.
Completes all job related paperwork and logs.
Performs troubleshooting of tool, equipment, and truck problems.
Maintains company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Supervises Operators in the field and in the shop.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software, connection, printer and software issues reported to the Service Desk
Managing the Hospital management system database
Provide network accounts and passwords as required
Input and maintain IP addresses.
Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems.
Researching and installing new systems; update network applications as required
Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software
Complete special projects as requested.
Providing secure access to the network for remote users.
Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack.
Perform other related duties as required during working hours.

To prepare or participate in the preparation of ‘Monthly Capacity Management Report for Switching Network Nodes’.
To prepare a presentation on the Switching Network road map, upcoming related technologies, related Standards and Specification & problems based on experience and observation.
To prepare or participate in the preparation of the report ‘Switching Network Requirements for the Special Events.
To prepare or participate in the preparation of the report ‘Performance Report After Special Event for the Switching Network nodes.
