• Overseeing the production process of sheet metal division, drawing up a
production schedule for Hollow Metal Doors, Access panels Cladding.
• Supervising CNC, Design and hollow metal door assembly team.
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective on time with good quality.
• Forecasting the requirements of the production in order to achieve the
planned production target.
• Working out the human and material resources needed.
• Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
• Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Assuring that fire rated doors being fabricated as per U.S standards for
quarterly inspection done by INTERTEK (International testing consultant).

Architectural Stainless Steel.

• Planning, Assigning work groups and giving daily instruction to the team.
• Following up with main contractor (Saudi BinLaden Group) for work progress,
payment certificates, Deliveries and new inquiries.
• Evaluating and handing over work scope to subcontractor.
• Endorsement of subcontractor's payment certificates.
• Direct supervision of site store (mobilization, manpower, material distribution)
• Control all installation handing over throughout the consultant.
• Scheduling deliveries with production according to site priority.

I was employed as an intern in the Document Management Systems Department. It was

I managed tasks to support the team manager in:
• Verification of cost allocations for 2008 projects.
• Tracking missing purchase orders in the SAP system for the cost center.
• Reconciliation of Work reports from suppliers.
• Implementation of new users in a productive DMS of Mercedes-Benz Bank and
configuration of authorization profiles.
• Creation of demo and test Data for the DMS Implementation project.
• Creation of comprehensive user manual for many projects.
