Diagnose troubleshoot, disassemble and determine extent of repairs necessary.
Responsible for product handling while pulling out/delivery to customer place.
Assure the implementation of the service SOP s in his daily activities
Preparing the KPI reports monthly and weekly.
Responsible to achieve the service KPI s.
Inspect and monitor all work areas (installation, preventative maintenance, repair),
examine tools and equipment.
Followup and resolve customer complaints.
Ability to perform new installations
Analytical and trouble -shooter.
- Implement the support model as per the developed matrix.
- Manage and schedule the electronics services trucks as per business needs.
- Collaborate with electronics services technicians to achieve targeted performance
- Manage the service items issuance and pick up and ensure complete control.
- Maintain outstanding relations with suppliers/vendors services centers to timely resolve all customers pending issues.
- Follow-up home services requests and assures their closure before the deadline
- Follow -up with all suppliers for pick up and delivery of repaired items
- Escalate with coordination with team leader the local suppliers pending cases to the buyers to solve customers’ problems
- Contact customers to schedule site visits and delivery of repaired items
- Responsible for all the transactions done between the technical center and the showrooms for sending and receiving items
- Update the system on daily basis for all home service cases
- Holds the custody
- Administratively manage the logistics teams and solve their issues
- Responsible to achieve the services KPIs
Control the consumption of the spare parts.
- Maintain good relation with the supplier to timely resolve the pending cases.
- Daily update on system for all work done.
- Order the spare parts required for repairing the item according to the working
. instructions.
- preparing charge estimate for out of warranty and miss -use cases.
- Prepare technical reports for defective items to be signed by the senior Electronics
technician.
- Assure the implementation of the services SOPs in his daily activities.
- Responsible to achieve the services KPIs of his area of work.
- Electronics repair skill for all product range like high and LCDs, plasma, LED .TV
DVD players, HI-FI and home theatres .
- Technical installation and maintenance of home visits
- Repair defective electronics items (ex.TV s, plasma screens, LED, LCD screens home
theatres, DVD players, projectors, and small home appliances ....etc ) according to
the working instructions for technical center repairs.
- Supports in the repair of the HA and digital products (ex.DVD, microwaves .....etc)
