- Provide projects case study
- Managing projects execution schedules.
- Propose project execution plan based on product suppliers selectivity to meet the project budget and get best and final offers to achieve high quality with high profit.
- coordinate with purchasing dept. to manage materials purchasing orders and materials delivery time to keep project on track.
- Follow up project execution process to ensure work quality.
- Managing technical issues with project consultant.
- Leading the process of low current systems material submittals and shop drawings approvals with Technical office team.
- Responsible for RFI’s, IR & inquires submitting.
- Coordinate with owner representative and project consultant to ensure owner requirement implementation.
- Leading the products selection process to meet the project nature & requirements.
Specifications for low current systems (Fire Alarm and voice evacuation, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion detection, MATV, IPTV, Public address, Nurse Call, IT networks, low current infrastructure networks ...etc.) in addition to client facing meetings.
- Responsible for design review.
- Responsible for shop drawing design and review.
- Taking the responsibility of value engineering tasks.
