Communications system
Coordination among various contractors working on projects, follow up and approval from clients, and referenced for current power projects with regional utility.
Coordination among various sections of civil, mechanical etc. for HVAC, building, switch yards, fire alarm system, sprinkle system and other auxiliaries of the substation.
Review H.V substation layouts, equipment.
Project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
Develop schedule, task breakdown, and resource allocation for the engineering part of the project.
Review subcontractor submittal packages.
Provide technical support during the proposal stage of projects (i.e. cost estimates, layout concepts, equipment sizing, etc).
Witness or direct manufacturer's test of HV Substation Equipments (FAT).
Coordinated management activities of Substations and infrastructure projects to obtain strategic business and other organizational objectives.
Responsible for developing credibility, establishing relationship, and communicating with stakeholders at various levels.
Improved the company performance by locking new partners, negotiating engagements and launching new projects.

Managed Electro-mechanical Infrastructure and Automation projects totaling in excess of $30, 000, 000, consisting of over 24, 000 man-hours and 210, 000 square feet spread over (6) projects in a 10-years period as follows:
