- Management of all sales activities, and personnel involved in Sales and Marketing for the Company.
- Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
- Analyses sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
- Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company
- Evaluate the market potential for new products to be resisted in MOH and the financial aspects for pricing them.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate sales & marketing activities and policies to promote products, working with other department managers.
- Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company. Negotiate contracts with clients and quotations for tenders with the approval of senior management.
responsible for co-promotion of products from Adwia Company with thirty medical representatives and four supervisors covering all Egypt.
responsible for co-promotion of market leaders' products from Aventis pharma and Sekem group with three lines team composed of 4 regional managers, 16 field force supervisors, and 110 medical representatives beside marketing & medical department.
Responsible for Cairo and Upper Egypt sales with 4 supervisors
responsible for Sharkea, Kalubia & Canal Zone sales.and after that Mansoura & Damitta sales
responsible for different areas at Cairo
. Responsible for promoting different range of products in different areas of Cairo, Giza & Minea.
