• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Supervise the process of calculating and spending salaries.
• Ensure the accuracy of the trial balance to reflect the real picture of the company financial position.
• Work with the internal & external auditors to provide the relevant documents, ensuring that all queries are accurately advised.
• Electronic Invoice registration, Submit daily invoices on Tax Authority platform.
• Plan and prepare for tax inspections and Tax returns calculations (corporate, salaries, withholding and VAT taxes).
• Prepare and revise Financial Statements.

• Responsible for reviewing costing and cost estimations for all foreign purchases (Products & Fixed Assets).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports (VAT -Withholding).

• Participate in preparing Financial Statements.
• Working on the ERP system Microsoft AX Dynamics 2012.

• Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
• Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
• Receiving A/R checks and responsible for all banks treatments.
• Analyze profitability of the A/R invoices monthly.
• Preparing the sales tax report for the purchases and sales monthly.
