1- Develops and administers an effective recruitment program.
2- Prepares, recommends, and maintains records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data.
3- Designs personnel forms and directs the maintenance of personnel records by all departments.
4- Proposes, publishes, and administers HR Policies and Procedures.
5- Conducts salary surveys.
6- Administers classification programs, which includes classifying and reclassifying positions, and writing job descriptions.
7- Accepts all applications and works with applicants and department heads; administers typing tests, spelling tests, etc., as required.
8- Processes all new employees and all change-of-status forms.

10- Conducts orientation programs.
11- Coordinates grievance panel nominations, hearings, and activities.
12- Responsible for labor relations.
13- Monitors performance appraisal programs.
14- Coordinates risk management program.
15- Coordinates safety programs.
16- Monitors workers' compensation claims and coordinates work between employee and insurance carrier.
17- Maintains complete attendance records.
18- Provide administrative and secretarial support to all Managers

27- Preparing and publishing security and safety Policies and Procedures.
28- Preparing and publishing punishments Policies and Procedures for all Departments

30- Preparing and publishing Accommodation Policies and Procedures.
31- Contacting all concerned companies for any related to development and providing the quotation and finishing all others procedure.
