Manage the operation “Sales, Marketing and business Development activities in Egypt & Libya also part of North Africa. I succeeded to grow and maintain Avaya leadership in the territory I managed. I was, also part of the team who supported after the major deal of Avaya acquisition of Nortel. I have succeeded to make this transition acquisition go successful in my managing area.
Avaya is one of the biggest USA Telecommunication vendors in the world.
I opened the company’s sales operation office for the MENA region in Dubai. After which I managed the same office and worked developing its customer base very fast which positioned Teleopti as one of the Workforce Management vendors in MENA within 2 years from start.
