Leads the practices teams and Presales consultants throughout the Government tenders bidding process which covers: Proposals creation, PnL, Proposal submission, Proposal clarifications, prices negotiations and PO Awards, building and managing consortium of different partners / subcontractors, and communicating with vendors to get the best solutions with best prices..
