- Monitors and tightly manages expenditures and approves the release of payments for procured goods and

- Prepares workforce schedule of all skilled workers who are assigned to the facility.
- Provides assistance in the review and planning of proposed areas/space per facility.
- Collaborates with architects and other consultants on all structural and design alterations on designated projects.

· Oversaw all project activities both on-site and off-site and making sure they are completed as per the schedule and budget constraints.
· Ensured effective relationships are maintained with field subcontractors, the client, designers, and consultants.
· Estimated budgets to be used on the construction projects.
· Maintained effective cost control procedures by reviewing and approving invoices from sub-contractors and vendors.
· Managed issues and risks related to all aspects of the construction projects to ensure timely resolution.
· Reviewed all the designs and drawings submitted by subcontractors to identify any flaws.
· Interacted with clients to provide them with regular progress updates on a periodic basis.
