a one stop management system for real estate developers.

Company' strategy and helping make the company vision a reality. Leading and Managing more
than 30 complex cross-functional strategic initiatives and managing major organizational change to
transform the company and better prepare it for future expansion plans in new industries and
markets.
Responsible for running operations, establishing strong links between the different company
departments, delivering results on a day-to-day, quarter-to-quarter basis, and keeping the business
performing at its peak. Development and oversight of policies & procedures. Direct P&L

Reporting to the CEO. Responsible for building and executing company Strategy around
deploying Industry-specific Enterprise class solutions to our customers. Owns commercial,
offerings portfolio, and delivery teams. P&L responsibility across 6 geographic regions in US, EU,
and Middle East. Main focus is on Banking, Telco & Manufacturing solutions that leverage state-of-
art technologies like big data, Mobility, Cloud, and social. Responsible for articulating ITWorx value
and positioning differentiated solutions to our customers within the scope of my target Industries.
Build integrated enablement program for the sales team and execution of solution campaigns
together with Marketing & Sales. Build strategic relationships with technology and business
