Project : Haram project technical and interface core team
-Develop comprehensive testing and commissioning plans and detailed strategies in alignment with project requirements, schedules, and budgets.
-Manage team of MEP engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient testing and commissioning activities.
-Chair weekly progress Meetings to highlight all problems that may affect testing and commissioning stage.
-Develop system to track status of each equipment as it progresses through testing and commissioning phases.
-Carefully review Testing and Commissioning Method of Statement, evaluating its clarity, detail, and alignment with industry standards and best practices.
-Ensure that all systems and components are thoroughly tested, and commissioning processes are executed to meet industry standards and project specifications.
-Maintain detailed records of testing and commissioning activities, generating reports and documentation to track progress and issues.
-Develop effective relationships with each contractor's T&C managers to establish collaborative and supportive environment for conduct of integrated testing.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout testing and commissioning phases.
-Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies discovered during testing and commissioning processes.
-Thoroughly inspect Close Out Documents to certify completion of all T&C activities as outlined in Method of Statement.
-Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on progress of testing and commissioning activities and addressing their concerns.
-Follow up construction on-site and documentation status to ensure no delay of documentation.
-Monitor approval process of local authorities as Civil defense.
-Manage handover of assets to end user.
-Lead interface process between Harm projects to ensure full systems performance.
-Identify end user stakeholders and collect their requirements.
-Conduct personnel performance reviews and Interviews candidates and make recommendations for employment decisions.
