Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversaw all the corner rooms (5 Head of State + 10 Junior Suites) & majlis, dining, & kitchen areas in the floors from 1st. to 5th.
The work scope includes modification of layouts, gypsum walls, ceiling renewing & all the finishing works such as painting, wall paper, wood wall cladding, marble, carpets, curtains, sanitary wares, light fittings, furniture…etc. with a very high quality materials & application methods.
Organizing the work packages, identifying and proposing solutions to problems encountered, recorded and reported variances.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER.
Project Description: This project is located in Abu Nakhlah, Salwa Road, Doha, The scope of work for this contract comprises of the construction, completion, commissioning & maintenance of Police Training Institute buildings. Roles and Responsibilities: Oversaw all critical elements of project execution right from initiation to handover and assumed responsibility for completion of projects.
Chalk out programs of daily activities showing detailed manpower and equipment allocation.
Conduct milestone checks to assure the project's completion and assumed responsibility for project performance in accordance with targets.
Rendering guidance and mentoring on work conducted by the junior staff in addition to serving as a resource for clarification on problems encountered by junior engineers.
