Job tasks:
• Ensure faulty components are (1) repaired with the highest quality and (2) well tested before being deployed again to customers’ premises.
• Supervise and provide required support to Engineers and Technicians.
• Provide onsite and in- house training for colleagues and customers.
• Enhance CNS repair capabilities and ensure hardware and software improvement.
• Ensure highest service level by attending site visits on a given complex and emergency situations.
Achivemnts:
• Upgrade repair capability to circuit and boards level repair.
• Implement parts monitoring system to increase first time fix percentage and increase repair reliability
• Workshop upgrade and cost cutting project.
Job tasks:
• Hardware/software, onsite & offsite, customer service support for Wincor Nixdorf ATMs & other products maintained by the bank service Department.
• Perform site inspection, site installation and Customer/custodian training as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per the commitment to the customer.
• Handling problem reporting to our principles
• Perform workshop repairs for products maintained by the banking service department.
• Assist with determining the required spare parts.
• Ensure ISO compliance within the unit / company.
responsible for installation and maintenance of WINCOR NIXDORF ATM (Automatic Teller Machine). (Full Time).
Job tasks:
• Hardware maintenance includes both electrical and mechanical parts.
• Customer support in field, phone and online (Remote Access).
• Installing and configuring ATM’s (Automatic Teller Machine)
• Customers Training.
