• Ensuring the highest levels of customer service in both sales and aftersales to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Handling client complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Market Awareness:
• Keeping up to date with market trends, competition, and customer preferences and communicating this to senior management.
Internal Coordination:
• Collaborating with all company departments to ensure seamless sales closure and adherence to safety and cash-handling procedures.

• Identifying business opportunities by establishing the contacts with prospective Fleet clients in all business segments and analyzing sales options.
• Fully understand SME, Corporate, Key Accounts and Government Fleet needs and ensure that the Al Ghandi Auto Chevrolet, GMC & Cadillac offers is fully aligned to profitably meet the widest possible scope of customer needs and therefore maximize the Al Ghandi Auto share of sales into all Fleet business segments.
• Active role in further Al Ghandi Auto and General Motors way forward plans to serve the customers' requests in better and more professional manner.
• Maintain a strong sales results.
• To ensure profitability of the Fleet Sales through the sale of vehicles, leasing of vehicles, financing and service contracts.
• Develop awareness of future mobility among Fleet customers and to improve sales of Electric vehicles such as Chevrolet Bolt.
• Deliver the highest levels of customer service in sales and aftersales, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales
• Adhere to company procedures, particularly around cash and credit handling, to ensure safety of cash
• Advise, assist and direct the Sales team in their activities.
• Assess the performance of the Sales team and facilitate their development by providing opportunities for training and personal development.
