• Manage the recruitment process as per Tamara standards to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner and with the most suitable candidate
• Monitor the Human Resources budget to maintain departmental expenses on or below the approved figures
• Maintain a fully functioning Human Resources department to provide efficient and timely services to all Hotel Employees
• Develop Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure Hotel practices are aligned with Corporate guidelines and country laws
• Provide line management and Employees with advice and guidance to align behaviors and practices with the Hotel performance expectations and standards
• Monitor the Employee housing and welfare activities to ensure Employee life style and living conditions meet Tamara standards
• Monitor the performance management cycle to ensure appraisals are conducted effectively and as per Tamara standards
• Audit all Employee legal documents and Human Resources practices to avoid discrepancies and increase the department’s operational efficiency
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
• Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
