Pressure Pumping Project Manager-Integrated Operations
•Saudi Aramco: Shaybah-Integrated Operations Project: Technical, logistical & Sales support for cementing operations, CT and Acidizing Stimulation along with providing advice regarding ongoing operational issues.
•Liasing technical, logistical and operational activities with Saudi Aramco

•KJO ( Aramco Gulf Operations-Kuwait Gulf Oil Company) Integrated Operations Project: Technical, logistical & Sales support for cementing operations, CT and Acidizing Stimulation along with providing advice regarding ongoing operational issues.
•Liasing technical logistical and operational activities with Saudi Aramco
•Organizing client seminars as required and introduction of new service lines to prospective clients ( Cement Technologies & Stimulation)
•Assisting with resolving Invoicing issues with clients.

•Develop a detailed PP workforce plan by quarter per region, in coordination with the operations managers
•Develop recruitment strategies per region for PP TCAP Engineers, Field Engineers and Field Specialists, in coordination with the Region HRDs and Talent Acquisition team
•Integrate BH and BJ university relations program (worldwide), in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team
•Develop PP Technical Training plan per quarter, based on the workforce plan, equipment build schedule, attrition and operation needs, in coordination with the Pressure Pumping Technical Training Director
• Coordinate the field training with the districts/operations for PP TCAP Engineers, Field Engineers and Field Specialists (as part of the technical training school)
• Follow up with operations on the late training/assessment/promotions (TCAP Engineers, Field Engineers and Field Specialists), ensure improvement % will be accomplished per region for PP Field Engineers/Field Specialists.
Technical, logistical & Sales support for ADCO cementing operations, along with providing advice regarding ongoing operational issues. Introducing new cementing technologies e.g. PermaSet(CO2 Resistant Cement system).
•Liasing and co-ordinating different technical requirements by ADCO, including advanced Stimulation Techniques ( e.g. Stim Tunneling, Acid Frac, and Mudzymes)
•Liasing technical logistical and operational activities with ADMA ( Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company)
•Developing Engineers skills by engaging them into training classes, as per availability of classes and requirement. Assisting Field Engineer with troubleshooting technical issues relevant to their respective clients. Mentoring the Lab personnel in their daily activities and assisting them with the necessary information to develop their skills.
•Performing Lab audits to make the sure the lab is up to the standards set forth by API and by the clients.

•My latest special assignment was to manage ENI Account which is a JV partner within the most active high profile client in Egypt “ PETROBEL”. This involved 3 TRIAL wells. BJ Services performance was being closely monitored and based on that a Cementing Contract was awarded to BJ Services in April, 2010.
•Co-ordinating all Engineering duties, for each engineer, in addition to their daily activity for designated clients. Overseeing cement proposals and providing any advice wherever necessary.
•Developing Engineers/ Lab Techs skills by engaging them into training classes, as per availability of classes and requirement of each engineer. Assisting Engineers with troubleshooting technical issues relevant to their respective clients. Mentoring the Lab Techs in their daily activities and assisting them with the necessary information to develop their skills.
•Tender structure, pricing and coordination with Country Manager, Operation Manager's, Engineers and Lab. Assisting field cementing and CT operators with technical proposals / operations relevant to their jobs.
•Organizing client seminars as required and introduction of new service lines to prospective clients ( Completion Services, Chemical Services, etc...)
•Introduction and evaluation of new products for cementing to all clients ( BJ Fiber, SR-35L, LW-7, LW-5, FP-16LG, FL-67L, Sealbond Spacer, LeanSet, etc...)
•Assisting with resolving Invoicing issues with clients.
•Supporting Engineers to submit papers to technical societies in the Oil Industry ( SPE, etc..)
•Co-ordinating all cementing operations with different customers ( Apache, Dana Petroleum, BG, ENI, and Shell ), co-ordination of job materials, post job followup, and well recap.
•Deep Water cementing experience with BG Egypt in the Mediterranean Sea ( WDDM & Rosetta Fields).
•Experience includes paticipating in T.V.D. ( True Value Drilling) program, which involves all service company discussions and suggestions for optimum operations and cost savings. Co-ordinating the Engineering team activities and assisting them to develop their knowledge and experiences.
•Liasing and working with Country Manager on all Tenders and Commercial Proposals work for different clients.
•Attending technical conferences and events to get updated with latest industry trends.
Cairo Office
•Liasing all cementing operations with different customers ( Apache, Devon, BG, and Shell ), including prejob simulation using CMFACTS, co-ordination of job materials, post job followup, and well recap.
•Deep Water cementing experience with BG Egypt in the Mediterranean Sea ( WDDM & Rosetta Fields).
•Experience includes paticipating in T.V.D. ( True Value Drilling) program, which involves all service company discussions and suggestions for optimum operations and cost savings. This experience will alow me to be immediately involved in any overseas Deep Water Cementing project.
•Supervising lab personnel and assisting them to develop their knowledge and experiences
Vernal, Utah District
•Preparing different Fracturing, Acidizing, and Cementing Technical Recommendations using “Power Vision” Software and with reference to BJ Services Mixing Manual, according to Customer’s requirements and BJ services Standards for quality jobs.
•Running prejob simulation programs, CMFACTS for cementing, and Meyers Frac for Fracturing to predict downhole behaviour during jobs.
•Field Customer support and contact, on the Treatment Monitoring Van (TMV), and to answer all job relevant queries.
•Qulaity Control of all Fracturing fluid systems in the field, including : Spectra Frac, Viking, Medallion, and Vistar systems. This all was done on the Lab Van. Live samples were collected during jobs and demonstrated to customers.
•Running different Gel Breaker testing, Acid Emulsion, Water Analysis, and Cement testing whenever required to support the Lab Technician
Hobbs, New Mexico District
•Preparing different Fracturing, Acidizing, and Cementing Technical Recommendations using “Power Vision” Software and with reference to BJ Services Mixing Manual, according to Customer’s requirements and BJ Services Standards for quality jobs.
•Field Customer support and contact, on the Tele Monitoring Van (TMV), to answer all job relevant queries.
•Qulaity Control of all Fracturing fluid systems in the field, including : Spectra Frac, Viking, Medallion, and Vistar systems. This all was done on the Lab Van. Live samples were collected during jobs and demonstrated to customers.
•Qulaity Control of all Acid Fluid Systems in the field including : Mixing, Acid Strength and Stability of all systems. Examples are : Emulsified Acid, Crosslinked Acid, Polyemulsion, and Super Rheo Gel.
•Running different Gel Breaker testing, Acid Emulsion, Water Analysis, and Cement testing whenever required to support the Lab Technician
Responsible for liaising with Bapetco(EGPC & SHELL), all cementing design affairs in their Obaiyed Field(Land Operation).
•Responsible for liaising with Gupco(EGPC & AMOCO), all cementing and acidizing affairs in R/SH location at the Gulf Of Suez(Offshore location).
•Trained all the lab staff there, upto all the API standards for testing cementing and Stimulation fluids.
•Responsible for designing and testing all cement and Stimulation fluids pumped for ONGC, ENRON, HEOC, HARDY E& P, NIKO, CAIRN ENERGY, BANGLADESH, Etc…
•Commissioned the Gas flow Model and the UCA, that were used for testing cementing designs for Enron Oil & Gas India(Offshore operation).
•Liaising and carrying out day to day cement design, and correspondence with “Hardy Exploration and Production” located in South India(Offshore Operation).
•Projects carried out : Prehydrating BA-100S(Gas Blocking Agent) in the mix water, first BJ Blue Slurries in Sea and fresh water, Mudzymes, Clean Plug for Gravel Packing Operations, modifying powdered Dispersants and Retarders to suit customers requirements for direct sales Tenders.
Houston Texas and Odessa
(Covering the theoretical and Field demonstration of Cementing, Acidizing, Fracturing, Nitrogen, Sand Control, and Coil Tubing)
Responsible for liaising with “KOC” and “Joint Operations” all cementing designs and preparing workover cementing programs and procedures for “Joint operations” company. Day to day customer visits to prepare and discuss cement designs were the main responsibilities.
•Projects carried out: Liquid Stone, Emulsified Acid, EAS, San Stop Aqua, etc…
•Day to day testing of all cement and Acid designs.
•Attended several jobs where “Selective Acidizing Packer” was used to acidize multiple permeability zones. Also attended a Sand Cleanout job utilizing Nitrogen and Coiled Tubing
Responsible for liaising with Gupco(EGPC & AMOCO) day to day requests for testing and designing cementing and Acidizing fluids, including running prejob simulation Software (CMFACTS)
•Projects carried out and applied: First development of LW-6 slurries in the Middle East to suit customers requirement for a Light Weight-High Strength cement slurries. Attended the first job in the Gulf Of Suez, which was the first milestone towards developing that system.
•Worked with all types of waters, cements and additives for Offshore and Onshore applications

•Carrying out routine maintenance and calibration of all cement testing equipment. Preparing monthly utilization reports for all equipment. Preparing estimated cost for cement and acid designs for “Gupco”.
