Raya IT is a system integrator provide infrastructure solutions, Oracle Apps & Tech Solutions to Data Center, Co-location and Cloud Solutions, and ATM & Self Service solutions.
Roles and responsibilities :
1- Oversee a team of Project Managers to achieve the project portfolio objectives while ensuring that Projects KPIs (such as Revenue, Gross profit, project progress, and Customer satisfaction) remain within a healthy range.
2- Accountable for project control and revenue assurance across various sectors including Banking, Telecom, and General Business.
3- Directly overseeing several large-scale projects in government sector in collaboration with customers.
4- Design and launch a PMO in Raya IT, ensuring consistency and alignment across projects within the organization. And driving continuous improvement in project management practices and processes.
