Managing working capital requirements and optimizing cash management across multiple projects.
Reviewing tender-related financial documents, bid bonds, performance bonds, and bank guarantees.
Supervising inventory and material accounting, including reconciliation with project consumption records.
Leading the accounting team, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring timely completion of accounting activities.
Supporting senior management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Managed bank facilities and oversaw the issuance, amendment, and renewal of Letters of Credit (LCs) and Letters of Guarantee (LGs).
