Responsible For
-Create plans for the new projects related my field
Create & design Company IT Document Policy, and responsible to update it if needed
-Follow up with the insurance Department to procurement damage HW (Servers, Laptop, … etc)
-Monitor & follow the renewal Dates For SLA Contract & SW Renewal, … etc
-Monitor Team Tasks, Workload and follow up with them to organize them time to offload the stress
-Create the New IT Policy and review it with IT Manager and sign it to be ready to apply it

SLA Contracts
-Make the SLA for Cisco Switches with the External Support Partner (Silicon21) (2011)
-Make SLA for our UPS Devices after upgrading (2015)
-Negotiate with IBM Egypt to transfer the Cisco SLA to be with then instead of Silicon21 (running deal)


Responsible for build and organize Data Room (2007)

-Responsible For Upgrade For network infrastructure
-Create a Plan For Upgrade Switches ( Model Type, Brands, Configuration, Uplinks Design, cabling flow, …)
-Design for firewall concepts & layer of VPN connection to make sure that the Connection is secure
-Planning for server’s specs and models to grantee best performance with the lowest cost. and connections type
-Creating designs to install Main network rack
-Re-coordinate the development of old switches infrastructure. Until the implementation Plan for developing the network
-Specs for Air-condition needed to safe date room from high heat.
-Request environmental system to monitor (humidity, heat, ..) on main data room and trigger the necessary action to safe all Data Room equipment from damage.
-Design for UPS Paths & Load for all data room

IBM Blade Center & SAN Storage (2010)

-Attend on Prepare Blade center installation (HW & Software) & Rack organization
-Share on Blade Center & SAN configuration and design

IBM Power Server Deal (2013)

-Contact IBM Egypt to negotiate them to get new Power7 Server
-Share on the HW Configuration & design

-After the selection for HW & Specs. Negotiate again about the delivery & install Plan and the Price

Wireless Link (2013, 2010)

-Follow-up to the installation of wireless network for Noubaria Factory (link all building & Warehouses & controls Room) with HQ
-Follow-up to the installation of wireless network for Near Sites Form our Branch ( About 1000 to 1500 M) Worked with bridge Mode

Link sites & branches to HQ

-Study technology to link site and branches to HQ
-Select the best way for each site or branch (leased line, 3G, WAIMAX, MICROWAVE, VPN over ADSL)
-Negotiation with ISP to get best connection type with the best price
-Select backup solution for each location to make sure the business continuity
