Responsible for overall development and implementation of strategies to maintain reliable static equipment, rotating equipment, instrumentation, and electrical systems, Aligned with our vision of improving Reliability,
Lead and monitoring Oracle PM Implementation including (inspection intervals, tasks, repair plans, etc.)
Facilitates routine field equipment inspections by Leading the CBM implementations in (factory plant) with different techniques
Develops and implements reliability/maintenance programs for continuous improvement (KAIZEN)

Proactively identifies equipment issues (failure or performance) through audits and data analysis.
Coaches and develops team members to sustain bench strength.
Standardize approaches for preventive / predictive maintenance tasks on Oracle.
Track KPI’s and investigate improvement of MTTR, MTBF, PM, PM/CM % and cost.
Lead the maintenance management (audit in stations to define the gaps and provide practical and economical solution promote)
Following the annual & monthly spare parts consumption rate.
Responsible for analyzing downtime for all plant.
Develop & maintain a Condition Monitoring system of all key manufacturing equipment.
Develop & maintain “Thickness Measurements” of all plant items subject to erosion and corrosion.
Develop and maintain a Thermal Imaging throughout the factory.
Demonstrate the plant performance improvements as a result of RCM implementation.
Develop & maintain Non Destructive testing methods for welding (Penetrant Test, Visual Testing) of all plant items subject to erosion and corrosion
Nile sugar Factory (Beet & sugar Refining) Nubaria, Egypt .
•Lead the maintenance team during shift in beet and refining campaigns season for all factory stations.
•Responsible for the management of sudden machinery breakdown, organize with production and engineering team for the required repair without effect on product.
•Responsible for Planning and supervising the maintenance plan for mechanical equipment of process building.
•Improve maintenance plans to apply an optimum maintenance system.
•Establish and maintain the standard operating procedures for maintenance activities.
•Performing analysis of maintenance activities and determining the optimum control levels.
•Prepare the budget according the equipment needs to maintain reliability levels.
•Guide and coach young engineers and technicians to develop their technical and interpersonal skills.
•Planning for (Minimum stock system) to insure the spare parts which needed regarding the maintenance schedule to minimize the production stop time

•Performing corrective and preventive maintenance schedule for equipment (lubrication, visual inspection, temperature, vibration, etc..) during beet and refinery seasons.
•Specifying the planning schedule for maintenance of equipment during shutdown
•Following maintenance activities of all equipment for process building (different types of pumps, screw conveyors, bucket elevator and centrifuges, etc...)
•Supervise on maintaining the equipment (different types of pumps, gearboxes, agitators, fans and special centrifuges, etc..) during shutdown.
•Issue purchase requisition (PR) using oracle system for the required spare parts and track it on oracle, follow up till delivered to factory.

•Supervise erection of process building equipment (pumps, gearboxes, agitators, tanks, screw conveyors and heavy rotating equipment (centrifuges, etc..)
•Specifying the different types of oils and grease and their equivalent for equipment before test and commissioning.
•Prepare the equipment for testing (fixation, alignment, check oil, etc..)
•Testing equipment during start up and commissioning according to vendor recommendation.

•Develops, and maintains a working knowledge of the functions, used on the vehicles on which service department works with.
•Ensures that customers’ vehicles are fixed right first time by implementing the quality procedures.
•Ensures that repairs are carried out within the promise delivery time, and estimated cost.
•Follows up the spare parts, and materials requests to avoid the delay in delivery.
•Ensures chief technicians are following quality control policy & procedures.
•Monitors closely vehicles repair.
•Ensures the computerized & analysis reports are utilized for booking & follow-up with chief technicians repairs in promise delivery time.
•Handles customers' complaints.
•Follow & implement TSA seven steps.
•Follow up all warranty cases.
