Perform inspections of purchased parts and company products according to well defined criteria using standard measurements
• Rework or reject items as required.
• Support all functions of the QC department, and assist QC technicians in performing routine quality.
• Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.
• Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
• Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.
• Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action.
• Analysis of data and presentation to the Quality Manager and management representative.
• Review QA/QC data and maintain/manage data and records in an effective manner.
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Project:-
1) Create checklists for operations.
2) Workplace Organization (5s).
From 1 june 2010 to July 2011. (main job is Quality Control Engineer, Drawing the technical
drawings of the factory products by AutoCAD)
Project:-
i. Establish procedures and models for all quality activities in factory.
ii. Create and design for signboards to awareness workers of Occupational Safety and Health.
