• Support the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance & improvement of the QHSE system.
• Support management of document and audit processes.
• Assist with supervision of existing process for regular inspections on sites, and assist in coordinating and supporting incident investigations of local incidents.
• Deliver a continual improvement culture with the goal of zero injuries or serious accidents
• Organization of QHSE toolbox meetings.
• Review continually the HSE legislation, and provide advice/recommendations to the organization to ensure operational best practices & compliance.
• Provides hands on the workplace direction, guidance and support on quality method and standard issues.
• Arranging appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff.
• Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in hospital, doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector.
• Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
• Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets.
• Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables.
• Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.
• Managing a portfolio of accounts
• Dealing with all aspects of a campaign
• Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
