Manage day-to-day workshop operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for workshop management and development.

Develop clear guidelines for equipment maintenance and inventory management to promote safety, reduce costs, and optimize productivity.

Set performance goals for the workshop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and customer
expectations.

Responsible for monitoring maintenance and repair activities at external workshops, reviewing and approving or rejecting
work as needed.

Provide technical support and collaborate with IT and stakeholders to enhance the functionality and usability of the Infor (ERP), addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.

Preparing reports documenting the damage caused by misuse of equipment, including a description of the damage, the root
cause, and any necessary corrective actions.

Supporting, Planning, and scheduling maintenance for Rabigh region, Al-Madinah, Tabuk, Red Sea, Neom and the north of
the Kingdom.

Contributed to Autoworld's ISO 9001, ISO 45001and14001 certifications and implementation of lean concepts and 5S in
workshops.

Served on Internal Audit Teams for ISO 9001-2015, ISO 45001-2018, and 14001-2015, and lean concept and 5S.
