Position: Project Manager.
Main Project:
• Design, procurement, construction, installation, testing & commissioning up to handing over for 2 odor control facilities for Abu Dhabi Sewerage Tunnel.
Responsibilities:
• Study all contractual documents & drawings.
• Initiate work execution plan (phases) strategy.
• Arrange & distribute site construction teams for the implementation of the work plan.
• Direct & follow up with procurement, logistics & stores material flow plan.
• Initiate & follow up manpower & machinery histogram / plan to ensure maximum utilization of resources.
• Ensure & follow up quality control system.
• Ensure & follow up the implementation of safety procedures at site.
• Internal & external reporting to company top management, consultant & client.
• Direct internal stuff daily / weekly progress meeting.
• Direct subcontractors: works progress, weekly meeting & approving invoices.
Main Project:
• Execution, installation, testing & commissioning up to handing over of external package works for Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City District 11 - Meydan Heights South 2, including: irrigation & firefighting pumping station, STP, underground drainage holding tank & all external roads & utilities.
Responsibilities:
• Study all contractual documents & drawings.

Main Project:
- design, supply, delivery to site, installation, testing & commissioning of 2 RCC water tanks (10 million gallons each) using the techniques of slip forms & post tensioning in construction including pipelines, pump stations, electrical & instrumentation works, internal road works, landscaping. The project is located in RAS AL KHEIMAH- UAE.
Main Projects:
- design, supply, delivery to site, installation, testing & commissioning of irrigation, potable & fire water and storm water pumping stations located at West Bay, Doha, Qatar for the development of the City of Lusail - total contract value: 190, 000, 000 QR.
- Design, Fabricate, procure & Install of 28, 000 m3/day Waste Water Treatment Plant for New Doha International Airport - total contract value: 88, 000, 000 QR.
- Full package vacuum sewerage network system with the vacuum pump stations in the following locations:
• Jumeirah Golf Estate - Dubai - Total contract value: 8, 500, 000 Dhs.
• Pearl of the Gulf - Doha - Total contract value: 2, 500, 000 QR.
Responsibilities:
- To organize, direct and facilitate the work stream in all project stages & activities, which ensure the overall progress of the project.
- Leading the project team to ensure that contract scope of work are being delivered in the specific time & quality & within budget.
Tasks:
Studying & applying all contractual documents.
Reviewing & approving the time schedules.
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and approving the purchase orders of materials, equipment or services.
Attending meetings with the Client, Contractors, Consultant to discuss project progress, & present proposals, reports & findings.
Following up the Plant installation progress.
To organize, direct and facilitate all the project activities & the construction of the Interior connection works which ensure the overall progress of the project.
Tasks:
Studying all contractual documents.
Reviewing & approving the time schedules.
Following up & monitoring the Budget.
Attending meetings with the Contractors, Consultants, Ajman Sewerage Company & Municipality representatives to discuss project progress.
Following up the wastewater network construction process.
Responsibilities: reports directly to the projects manager. Responsible for the overall management & direction of major projects received by IBSF, & also responsible for the timely co-ordination of any all design, purchasing, manufacturing, quality control, scheduling & cost control activities. Leading the team assigned for the project (project engineer, planner, quality control engineer, production control engineer, & site manager).
Tasks:
Studying all contractual documents.
Reviewing & approving the time schedules.
Following up & monitoring the Budget on weekly bases through cost control sheets & cash flows.
Following up with Procurement Departments, approving Purchase Orders, & selecting vendors based on budget & delivery time.
Reviewing & following up the implementation of the entire project P & ID'S.
Attending meetings with the customers to discuss project progress.
Following up the manufacturing process with full awareness of steel machining process (cutting, drilling, bending, welding, heat treatments & welding tests).
In charge of the erection process, where the site manager reports to me in all stages (civil woks, erection of steel structures & pressure parts, Piping, Instrumentation, commissioning & start up).
The ability to apply recovery plans in case of delays to catch up schedules
- Study contracts, contract information forms, change orders, raising requests for clarifications as necessary.
- Prepare and follow up the schedules from engineering, fabrication and shipping departments.
- Establish the value of the change orders.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, finance, quality control, material and shipping departments on progress / delays.
- Follow-up on jobs and keeps the area office informed of the latest status.
- Issue shipping release once the job is cleared for shipment and follow-up with shipping department until the shipment is delivered.
- Monitors the Erection work progress by getting regular periodic inspection reports prepared by the Erection Coordinator.
- Preparing the meeting agenda for the company strategic planning (strategic meeting is held every tow weeks).
- Handling all the procedures in the case of non-standard inventory items, non-standard fabrication requirements, and non-standard shipping requirements.
- Studying sites claims to determine the responsibility of each department.
- Preparing and studying the economic feasibility studies for the suggested projects.
- Supervising the executions of the under construction projects.
- Preparing and following-up all the projects documents and licenses.
