- Achieve the agreed individual sales targets ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain effective business relationship with customers
• Promote bank retail products and services to potential customers by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross selling opportunities in order to achieve the sales targets.
• Assist in conducting promotional activities, meetings and road shows in the assigned area to achieve the budgeted sales volumes
• Ensure the submitted customer applications and documentations are complete and error free
• Follow up for Document discrepancies which have been approved as Deferrals
• Minimize errors and act upon them for correction and re-submission.
- Sell OSN packages and provide customers with a wide base of product knowledge, packages and programming options to serve their viewing needs.
•Must achieve the monthly individual targets assigned by the Direct Sales Team Manager.
• Follow up on potential customers and aim to up-sell higher packages for existing customers.
• Ensure the set KPI’s are always achieved by implementing and adhering to the business rules and requirements.
- Making calls to potential customers to generate sales and meet cross-organizational sales goals.
