3- Monitor and Control Cost through earned value Management.
4- Monitor and Control Claims submission and provide support to the Contract section.
5- Prepare project reports and make the necessary presentation.

6- Prepare Interface list and Monitor Permits Status.
7- Prepare Sub schedule for Urgent tasks as thrust boring, Trenching and Temporary Cathodic system.

🔻 Planning and Managing Projects by Preparing Master Schedules, Baseline Program (Resource Loading - Cost Loading)

🔻Contributing to developing and maintaining project schedules in alignment with contractor schedules using P6.

🔻Working with Top management to ensure timely status plans are received and client deliverables dates.

🔻Developing Cash flow for the projects and working with Top management to avoid the funding gap and organize the cash out.

🔻Creating and Managing The construction, Engineering and Procurement progress.

✅Monitoring and updating Project schedules on P6 and Excel, MS project if needed.
