Responsibility:
Lead 2 LTE projects and SSV activities for pre-lunch LTE network using post-processing and KPI reporting for site / cluster acceptance.
Planning daily site drive test and maintaining weekly/monthly DT/Roll out status.
10 DT teams & 10 riggers coordinating and managing with planning DT tasks and procedures and provide proper training for new joiners DTE.
New LTE sites coverage and throughput issues troubleshooting and coordination with project teams and RAN to resolve site issues.
Pre & Post optimization of newly on air LTE sites to meet the target KPI’s.

Responsibility:
LTE Live network Optimization
Clusters optimization for overall LTE network including (poor coverage, Neighbors, Pilot pollution …etc) analysis and suggestion proper optimization actions.
Daily KPI’s monitoring and reporting, analysis KPI’s (RRC, E-RAB, Service Drop, etc), including worst cells troubleshooting.
Conduct performance analysis and identify the worst performing cells & recommend suggestions to improve them.
Involved with overall network paramteres tuning for both Inter-RAT / Intra-RAT Handover, Inter-RAT / Intra-RAT reselection, RS power, and Cell BW & EARFCN modification .
Fully understand of LTE features implementation and tuning e.g. ANR, CSFB and PCI Conflict Detection.
Handling customer’s complaints regarding LTE coverage and throughput issues and suggestion the proper optimization actions.
Performance monitoring, measurement, tracing and alarms querying using Huawei M2000 software.
Perform post process and drive test data analysis including pre-defined events and L3 Messages using Genex Assistant.
LTE Pre-Lunch network
LTE sites initial tuning and pre/post launch optimization for performance improvement.
LTE pre-lunch cluster optimization to meet customer’s KPI’s before the commercial lunch.
Coordinating with DT teams to perform Single Site Verification (SSV) and provides test plan schedules.
Coordinating with NOC and RAN engineers for troubleshooting issues faced by DT teams and provides the technical support to rectify the issues.
Post processing and analysis DT data and preparing site acceptance reports (SSV reports).
Perform DT analysis for special customer complaints and make reports along with the suggestions to overcome bad quality/Events (Call drop etc.)
Troubleshooting throughput issue and trace operation for networks protocols (TCP/UDP) using QXDM, wiresharck, Iperf and Jperf tools.
Collaborating with RF engineers in RNP activities for of Pre-Launch and Post-Launch LTE network.
Responsibility:
DT teams coordinating and managing with planning DT tasks and procedures.
Coordinating with NOC and BSS engineers for troubleshooting issues faced by DT teams and provides the technical support to rectify the issues.
Pre & Post optimization of newly onair sites (2G / 3G) to meet the target KPI’s.
Prepare Cluster optimization reports and post processing logfiles and identify network abnormal or failure events.
Post-Processing & Analysis of all Drive test RF data log using TEMS, MapInfo.
Collaborating with RF Engineers in the design, implementation and optimization of wireless networks.
Responsibility
Perform field test measurements and collect UE physical measurements for 2G / 3G (SC, RSCP, Ec/No, BCCH, Rxlev and Rxqual) for all the cells plus collect scanner data.
Verify the network, site functioning properly, antenna positions, antenna directions or tilt and swapped feeders with Identify major call-related problems (dropped calls, hardware problems, etc.).
Verify UMTS basic functionality and Verify call success rate and call drop rate and performing HSDPA / R99 /GPRS test.
Execution of performance, benchmark, new site verification (2G & 3G) Drive tests and technical site audits across GSM (2G) and UMTS (3G) networks.
