- Provide technical oversight and guidance to LGS design with MEP.
- Develop highly complex engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations, design --documents, and performance assessments as required.

• Design all mechanic system for industrial from preparation of side plan to product line process with scheduling and analysis for cost with time and quilty.
Provide specialized expertise in the design, for HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems (sprinklers, deluge and water supplies)
Provide fire protection and safety technical expertise
Experienced in reviewing/performing automatic sprinkler hydraulic calculations.
Interpret building code and fire code (national IBC and local codes)
Broad knowledge of NFPA standards specifically NFPA 10, 13, 14, 20, and 30.
Formulate fire protection and safety design standards
Develop HVAC system concepts.
Perform HVAC load, ducting and hydraulic calculations.
Size and select HVAC equipment.
Experienced with designing chilled water, hot water and steam systems.
Develop sketches of ductwork and piping / mechanical room layouts.
Prepare HVAC related flow diagram.
Prepare and Understands all plumbing systems.
General engineering experience and exposure to cooling towers, heat exchanges, and boilers.
Excellent AutoCAD and Revit skills
Maintain and keep project on budget and schedule.
