Job Description:
* Plan, Organize, and Direct Construction activities. Ensure that project completed on time and within
budget.
* Coordinate, direct and supervise Engineers, subcontractors and construction workers.
* Review daily work progress, quality and Report to Project Manager or client.
* Determine labor requirements, supplies, and materials to complete construction projects.
* Negotiations with contractors, evaluate bids/proposals, oversee them.
* Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods, Interpret and explain contracts
and technical information to other professionals
* Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
* Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
* ensure that the work meets all the legal requirements, Building Regulations, and client’s specifications.

* Prepare workshop drawings, as-built drawings, bar bending schedule and quantity survey.
* Calculate construction Quantities and client's invoices/ Doing all Engineering documentation works.
* Prepare contracts, quantities, shop drawings and bills for sub-contractors.
* Determine public needs of equipment, materials, and human resources throw the project.
* Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress.
Projects:
* Construction of residential tower and 3 buildings (Basement + ground floor + 11) EL-BEHERA
Job Description:
* Oversee overall construction of all Civil and Architectural works in Site.
* Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
* Review and approve detailed and workshop drawings.
* Review and approve contractor's invoices.
* Review and approve estimated quantities and Specifications.

* Repairing and Renovation of industrial buildings in MISR COMPANY FOR CHEMICALS EL-BEHERA
Job Description:
* Carrying out all repairing works (demolition Old concrete, cleaning steel of rust and replacing With new steel)
* Review and supervise Installation of all chemical additives (preventing rust, anchor steel bars in concrete,
bonding, grouting)
* Coordinates with Contractors regarding their Works to organize work and assign priorities.
* Calculate construction Quantities and client's invoices and bills for sub-contractors.
