• Construction management of all architectural and civil works performed by Contractors in accordance with Project schedule and mile stones.
• Inspection of concrete works, structural steel works, CMU and brick works, plastering and painting works, floor tiling works, raised access flooring works, self leveling floors, floor painting works, false ceiling and gypsum board works, granite and marble cladding works, door and window works, roofing works, plumbing works, intake and discharge pipelines, stair works associated with its handrails in addition to road and landscaping works.
• Working with engineering department on resolving conflict issues between various contractors as well as conflicts between civil and architectural works.
• Handing over of equipment foundations to mechanical and electrical contractors.
• Handing over of architectural finishes of CTG, STG, Control, Pump house, Water Treatment, Hydrogen Generation and CWE buildings to the Client.
• Coordination between various contractors to provide access to all contractors to perform their work in accordance with Project schedule and mile stones.
• Working with project control department, site managers, construction managers and PGESCo engineering department on resolving site and engineering problems to support the Project schedule and milestones.
• Reviewing the contents of the tender documents (Scope of work, Conceptual drawings, specifications, B.O.Q. etc….) before issuance to the Contractors.
• Evaluation of the submitted Contractors, technical data against the tender requirements as well as any special condition included by the contractor other than the tender requirement.
• Conducting Weekly Construction Progress Meetings to monitor the progress of the construction activities as well as solving any problems
• Evaluation of changes.
• Co-ordination with the Engineering and the Project Control that drawings and transmittals are issued in due time to support the project milestone dates
