•Responsible for implementation of financial and accounting procedures approved
by top management
•Responsible for oversee the preparation of the trial balances and the periodic
financial reports, study them and analyze them, and submit them to the Director of
Finance for approval and presentation to the top management
•Responsible for recording and preparing of final reports of completion percentage
for projects
•Responsible for preparing final reports of financial statements and disclosures at the
end of the financial year
•Responsible for supervising and mentoring budget and actual reports for the
different departments and sections about the financial issues.
•Responsible for notification the Finance Director of any violation of the financial
policy or of the financial procedures applied by the different departments and
sections of the association or for any deviation appearing in the periodic financial
statements
•Responsible for supervising the preparation of VAT return

*Preparing all journal vouchers i.e. General Journal, Receipt and payment vouchers.
*Preparing payment applications from contract customers, this requires liaising with contracting department to gather all supporting documentation.
*Preparing the comparison report of actual versus budget cost for ongoing long term projects.
