Main responsibilities:
• Writing the RTI’s for request to the CNPCI according to the purchase contract.
• Transferring the documents to the company and following the receipt.
• Controlling the documents which department sent and received and report it .
• Archiving documents and separating the documents .
• Other necessity works during the situation.(like booking letter or introduction letter for
port).
My main achievement:
• Improving my knowledge in clearance with being in the clearance process.
• Improving my document controlling knowledge
• Having an experience in the formal letters .
Reason for leaving:it was my first time job and as an experience i would like to improve
my knowledge in this field.
