As a Team Leader my responsibilities was following:
• Insured the data collection process according to the instructions of organization
• Monitored the rates of non-responded and respondent
• Coordinate to the respondent and guide them for interview
• Prepared the questions about cluster locations helping enumerators with selected respondent
• Randomly check of interviews, verify the questionnaire
• Rechecking of questionnaire after coming back from field.
• Supervise and monitored all daily based finance and admin activities.
• Shared daily progress report to the head office
• Co-ordinate with Regional Manager for effective implementation of the TDH project activities;
• Enhance Institutional Linkages so that Implementation of community and school based approaches to be improved.
• Developing operational plans on monthly basis, reviewing activities periodically, to ensure that project expenditures are used within limits and guidelines approved by the Regional Manager;
• Develop progress reports periodically to regional manager, in order to ensure the provision of accurate and updated information;
• Assist Social Mobilizers to work with the community so that the work of rebuilding of schools can be done in a best possible manner
• Develop, maintain and improve work coordination and linkages with local key partners (community, NGO, international bodies and DM Authorities), to ensure the successful implementation of the project activities;
• Compile case studies in coordination with Media and Communication Team
• Provide regular and follow up support to communities organizations on TDH activities;
• Prepares fertilizer programs for all the off season vegetable and different types of vegetables.
• To increase the production of yields mostly horticulture
• To introduce OSV tunnel farming systems
• Giving advice and guidance to property owners on all matters relating to their lands for FEGs.
• To guide the farmers for a safe working environment in their agriculture lands
• To develop the skills of farmers mostly horticulture and recommended value chains.
• To develop farmer enterprise groups (FEGs), clusters and their associations.

Job Descriptions:
Reporting Lines: Reporting to the Executive Director (ED)
Staff Reporting: Community Development Officers, Field Engineers, Senior Social Mobilizers, Social Mobilizers, Admin and Logistics office, motor pool and Accounts Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead all aspects of UNOPS Shelter project.
• Assess and lead in site planning of transitional settlements.
• Need assessment of Shelter i.e. constructions /rehab /maintenance requirements and damages of shelter.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies and government officials.
• Develop work plans, in conjunction with related project staff, for implementation of all related project; oversee implementation of all project activities and ensure work plans are followed or adjusted as needed.
• Design, prepare and negotiate related project proposals and budgets.
• Ensure consistent high quality outputs and comprehensive monitoring, documenting and evaluation of all activities and their impacts with a focus on quality control of material and construction.
• Provide regular situation reports.
• Provides technical advice regarding, Layout & construction of Shelter to the project team.
• Regular monitoring of ongoing construction of Shelter.
• Extend all possible technical support to other team members as required
• Verify the work done at site and recommend to handover the affected communities.
Field locations:
District, Jacobabad, Shikarpur of Sindh and districts, Jaffarabad and Dera Murad Jamali of Baluchistan.

Reporting Lines: Country Manager
Staff Reporting: MMO, FMO, MEAL Officer, ORWs, Master Trainers, psychosocial councilors, LHVs, Vaccinators, HR Officer, Procurement / Logistic officer, Field Engineers, Admin officer and Accounts Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Management & Implementation of strategies envisaged in all vertical programs in the districts.
• Management and operationalization of BHUs and other health facilities in the districts. • Prepare and present health reports to donors, district and Govt. • Assist in preparation of POP, PSP and project proposals. • Develop and implement a plan on community mobilization. • Design, arrange and supervise training for HCP & ensure its demonstration in the field • Ensure medicines and supplies are available at health facilities throughout the project • Ensure recommended health Protocols are displayed and implemented • Represent SC with the donors, program/GOP liaison meetings • Hold a regular meeting with DHMT and DHT and facility based committees • Develop a monitoring and supervision plan in coordination with EDOs. DSM- PPHIs and other DHT members • Prepare a monthly report on the basis of HMIS reports covering all important indicators •

Emergencies Livestock Intervention to Save Livelihoods and Lives in Flood Affacted Areas, Jhal Magsi- Balochistan Project is totally livelihoods, relief support project for the flood affected communities 2007.
The FAO, WFP awarded this project to Root Work through Relief International in District Jhal Magsi- Balochistan. The overall goal of FAO and WFO assisted projects is to bridge immediate food gaps and enhance productivity of surviving livestock critical to local livelihoods. The project will provide food aid and livestock support to 5240 unassisted households identified jointly in districts Jhal Magsi. Through this project we provide wheat floor, oil, pulses, urea molasses blocks, sorghum seed, medicines for vaccination and de-worming of livestock. As a Project Coordinator my ToRs are given below:
•To provide technical advice and training to staff for the establishment of community groups.
•To develop activities budgets, review bids and contracts.
•To monitor and evaluate project activities on regular basis and provide technical guidance to the staff as well community.
•To facilitate the monitoring as well local boy teams for the sustainability of the project.
•To coordinate with government and NGOs/INGOs at local and central level for the identification of beneficiaries.
•To provide guidance and technical advise to the field staff for the assessments of flood Affacted beneficiaries and implementation of project.
•To provide expertise in the implementation of all technical intervention of the project and make sure that the intervention is implemented as per project need.
